Day-to-Day Insight Global is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with a large material handling company in the Louisville, KY area. The Sales Support Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of customer-facing activities in a fast-paced logistics environment based in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is responsible for preparing sales documentation, coordinating customer communications, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and assisting with pricing, contracts, and reporting. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between sales, operations, and customers, helping to resolve issues, track opportunities, and support account management efforts. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to effectively support revenue growth and deliver a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience within Microsoft suite of products and prior sales coordination experience.
