Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Billing Support Specialist, located in our Seattle, WA office. The role entails providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, processing sales transactions, and resolving billing concerns. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, coordinating billing information, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales and billing activities. The individual will also assist with training customers on new processes or systems related to sales and billing workflows.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management to support sales activities and track performance effectively
Experience in Training and providing guidance to customers on processes and tools
Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with billing systems and basic accounting is a plus
Familiarity with the seafood industry or related fields is desirable
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an advantage
