Position Overview We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our sales team. This role is more than just sales—you will serve as the customer’s main point of contact, documenting storm damage, assisting with insurance claims, and overseeing the project through completion. You will be responsible for growing your book of business, guiding homeowners through the process, and ensuring production runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Prospect for new business through door knocking, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, realtors, and community partners.
Conduct roof inspections and document storm damage.
Present inspection findings and explain repair/replacement options.
Insurance & Documentation
Assist homeowners in understanding their insurance claims process.
Take accurate photos, notes, and measurements for claims documentation.
Coordinate with office staff to supplement for missing damages.
Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for the homeowner throughout the project.
Manage the job from signed contract to completed installation.
Oversee quality control during installation to ensure work meets company and manufacturer standards.
Customer Service
Provide timely updates and clear communication with homeowners.
Resolve issues on-site as needed.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections safely.
Comfortable with door knocking, networking, and face-to-face sales.
Previous sales experience preferred (roofing or construction background not required).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
100% commission-based (no earnings cap). Majority of our sales people make six-figures.
