Account Executive

located in New York City area for an

onsite role . This individual will play a critical part in building the client’s customer base through lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building with healthcare professionals. The role offers a competitive base salary, with the potential for equity and commission earnings that can exceed 100% of base pay. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold outreach (phone, email, in-person) to introduce the company’s solutions to healthcare providers. Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships, engage with prospects, and generate qualified leads. Partner with the internal Sales team to execute customer acquisition strategies. Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations. Build and maintain a targeted list of healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Qualify leads based on needs, challenges, and buying behavior. Track outreach, interactions, and sales activities within the CRM. Support development of sales presentations, pitches, and collateral. Qualifications Sales experience with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead generation. Proven ability to convert leads and meet or exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field). Background as a collegiate athlete is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence. Self-driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the sales profession. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is advantageous. Equity
