ZOLLERN North America L.P. is a company in the metal processing industry, headquartered in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. It is a subsidiary of ZOLLERN GmbH & Co. KG, which remains partly owned by the House of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and is part of the Fürst von Hohenzollern corporate group.

ZOLLERN aims to become a significant player in drive technology and metal products in the American market. With this strategic decision, ZOLLERN North America is just beginning to establish its position through substantial investments in team expansion and in its Ponchatoula location.

Currently, ZNA is a small company under the umbrella of a large international German “hidden champion,” with ambitious growth plans and tremendous potential.

Managing sales for ZOLLERN Gears & Winches in North and South AmericaCommercial and technical negotiations with customer procurement Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Work closely with the inside sales team on all sales-related operational tasks, such as preparing quotes, following up on invoices, and similar activities Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales follow-up Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements:

Strong technical understanding and a high affinity for technology, ideally with experience in drive technology Structured and independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibility Professional experience in technical sales is desirable Several years of sales experience, ideally in drive technology Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Willingness to spend over 50% of the time in the field, including international travel Team player with excellent communication skills Customer-oriented mindset and professional interaction with clients Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Sage is an advantage
