Founding GTM Lead
BotGauge AI, San Francisco, CA, United States
BotGauge | Autonomous QA as a Service (AQAAS)
We need someone who can sell and build.
Not someone who wants to manage pipeline dashboards.
Someone who can:
pick up the phone
get in front of CTOs & Engineering Leaders
run discovery and demos
You will be the first GTM hire in the U.S.
You’ll work directly with the founders to define how Autonomous QA as a Service (AQAAS) is sold in US.
If you’re good, within a year you won’t just be closing deals you’ll be leading the GTM team you helped build.
Why BotGauge
Every software company spends millions on testing:
manual QA teams
endless maintenance
Most companies take 4–6 months just to build automation coverage.
We replace all of that with AI agents + FDE
No scripts.
No QA hiring.
No maintenance.
Just outcomes.
Autonomous QA as a Solution (AQAAS).
The global testing market is $60B+ and overdue for disruption.
BotGauge is building the category that replaces test automation tools and outsourced QA teams.

Why This Role, Why Now
Most startup sales roles come with a predefined setup: a deck to present, a pipeline to work through, and a manager telling you exactly what to do next.
This role is different.
Instead, you’ll be working with a category-defining product, alongside founders who are deeply involved in GTM, with the opportunity to build the revenue engine from day one. You won’t inherit a playbook, you'll help write it.
If you’re the kind of person who wants to look back a few years from now and say “I helped build that category,” this is the role.
