If you’re good, within a year you won’t just be closing deals you’ll be leading the GTM team you helped build. Why BotGauge Every software company spends millions on testing: manual QA teams endless maintenance Most companies take 4–6 months just to build automation coverage. We replace all of that with AI agents + FDE No scripts. No QA hiring. No maintenance. Just outcomes. Autonomous QA as a Solution (AQAAS). The global testing market is $60B+ and overdue for disruption. BotGauge is building the category that replaces test automation tools and outsourced QA teams. No playbook exists yet. You’ll help write the playbook. Shape the modern GTM You’ll hear objections, requests, and edge cases from customers daily. That feedback will directly shape what we build next. Build the GTM team As revenue grows, you’ll help hire: SDRs GTM operators This role evolves into leading the revenue organization. Who We’re Looking For 2–5 years in B2B SaaS / DevTools sales Track record of closing deals and exceeding targets Comfortable selling to engineering leaders Builder mentality you create the process, not follow it Strong communicator who can explain complex technology simply DevTools Testing platforms AI infrastructure QA Services Compensation Base: $100K – $130K OTE: $150K – $200K+ Equity: 0.1% – 0.2% Location: Bay Area, CA Why This Role, Why Now Most startup sales roles come with a predefined setup: a deck to present, a pipeline to work through, and a manager telling you exactly what to do next. This role is different. Instead, you’ll be working with a category-defining product, alongside founders who are deeply involved in GTM, with the opportunity to build the revenue engine from day one. You won’t inherit a playbook, you'll help write it. If you’re the kind of person who wants to look back a few years from now and say “I helped build that category,” this is the role.
