Residential Service Plumber
with light commercial experience to cover the DFW Territory. Your home base should be centrally located within this service area.
This is not an hourly, capped-income position.
This is a career-track opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation Structure
Performance-Based Pay (uncapped)
Top performers earn $150,000+ annually
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience and production history)

What You'll Do
Residential service calls and advanced plumbing diagnostics
Water heater installation and repair (tank & tankless)
Drain cleaning, leak detection, and pipe repair/replacement
Fixture installations (faucets, toilets, disposals, etc.)
Water filtration and softener system installations
Small/light commercial service work
Present solutions clearly, confidently, and ethically
Deliver a premium customer experience
Maintain high safety and workmanship standards
Who Thrives Here
5+ years residential/service plumbing experience preferred
Light commercial experience a plus
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
Professional communication and appearance
Clean driving record
