Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Appointment Setter, located in Irvine, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, and scheduling appointments with homeowners interested in solar solutions. Regular tasks include building relationships with potential customers, educating them on solar services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and schedules. Collaboration with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for clients is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
Experience in Lead Generation
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Confidence in speaking with clients in person and over the phone
Familiarity with CRM or appointment scheduling tools is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training a benefit
