Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal

I’m working with a busy St. Petersburg law firm that’s looking for a

Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal

with 3–5 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial lending deals, including construction, refinance, and asset-based loans

Draft and review loan documents, sales contracts, and leases

Conduct diligence (entity, title, survey, etc.) and maintain checklists

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties

Identify and troubleshoot transaction issues promptly

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of law firm experience representing lenders or complex real estate transactions

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

FRP-certified or qualified for certification

Professional, proactive, and collaborative

Compensation:

$75,000–$83,000, flexible for exceptional candidates
