Personal Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, plus 20% commission on new business.

Responsibilities
Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts (approximately $4 million, shared among three Account Managers).
Provide exceptional service and support to clients, including handling renewals, endorsements, and re-shopping policies as needed.
Ensure accuracy in endorsements and collaborate with carriers to resolve discrepancies.
Address risk control recommendations and manage notice of cancellations, including seeking reinstatements.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers and ensure compliance with their guidelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience working with multiple carriers in an agency setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to contribute ideas and solutions.
