Roles And Responsibilities
Perform analytical support that enhances the organization’s ability to make appropriate business decisions.
Collaborate with the Sales Initiatives Team to ensure a successful product launch by equipping the sales team with the necessary tools and resources for success.
Create and deliver ad-hoc reporting and analysis to address business needs.
Collaborate with the Master Data team to implement and adjust pricing in the system.
Communicate pricing and policy changes effectively to sales teams and customers.
Manage and update key sales and pricing documents, including Price Lists, Policies, and Line Plans.
Oversee credit compensation processes, addressing customer requests related to promotions and spiffs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team regarding the Order Tool, coordinating with IT to resolve issues.
Manage the Order Tool’s functionality and ensure it reflects the latest product offerings with Sales Operations.
Gather and integrate necessary data to support customers in incorporating new products into their systems.
Monitor orders to ensure correct pricing, discounts, and terms, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Experience in financial analysis using SAP, Excel, Business Objects, Power BI, and Microsoft Applications, with a strong knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze pricing data, audit results, and ensure accurate pricing structures.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects related to pricing, product launches, and cross-functional coordination.
Experience collaborating with teams across departments, including Sales Operations, IT, and Program Management, to execute pricing and product integration processes.
Clear and effective communication skills, with experience conveying complex pricing changes and product information to internal teams and customers.
Proficiency in order management systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail in managing and updating pricing documents, auditing data, and ensuring accuracy in all pricing-related processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, system functionality, and product integration with minimal instruction, using sound judgment within defined guidelines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 2‑3 years of experience in pricing, sales analysis, or a similar field, with a strong focus on pricing strategy and product launch support.
