Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Vancouver, WA, for a Flooring Design Consultant. The role involves assisting clients in selecting commercial flooring solutions to meet their aesthetic and functional needs. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients on interior design and furnishings, and leveraging sales expertise to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales with a client-focused approach

Knowledge in Interior Design and space planning practices

Familiarity with Flooring, Furniture, and Furnishings

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site team environment

Experience in or knowledge of the commercial flooring industry is a plus
