Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site role in Miami, FL for a Commercial Real Estate Agent.
This position is focused on building a commercial real estate business through consistent prospecting, market analysis, and transaction execution. You will be responsible for developing relationships with property owners, investors, landlords and tenants, while identifying and closing new opportunities across South Florida.
You will operate within a collaborative environment alongside professionals who share a high‑performance mindset. The role requires discipline, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Brokerage
Possession of a Active Real Estate License
Strong Sales skills and ability to negotiate and close deals
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong understanding of South Florida's commercial real estate market is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
