We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As the property’s primary sales representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing our community, highlighting its features and benefits, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring our current residents feel welcome, valued, and supported. What You’ll Do: Marketing & Leasing Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of community floor plans, layouts, styles, and amenities. Greet prospects warmly and conduct professional apartment tours. Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries, service requests, or concerns appropriately. Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and throughout the community. Inspect model units and “market-ready” apartments daily for cleanliness and appeal. Monitor local market trends and contribute marketing and resident satisfaction ideas. Administrative Accurately complete lease applications, verify information, and communicate results to applicants. Prepare and process all lease paperwork, addendums, deposits, and rent payments. Maintain organized files, reports, and resident communications. Assist with move-out inventories, market surveys, and weekly reports. Follow all company policies and comply with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other housing regulations. What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in leasing, property management, or hospitality preferred, but not required.
