Role Description This is a contract-based and fully remote role for a Community Outreach Specialist. The role involves engaging with community partners, expanding organizational outreach efforts, managing outreach projects, and building relationships to promote Sanford Behavioral Health services. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach events, crafting compelling communication materials, and representing the organization at community functions to raise awareness and foster collaboration.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, persuasive, and targeted outreach content.
Experience with Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing community outreach initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for mental health and wellness advocacy.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
Experience with outreach in the healthcare or mental health sector is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time management skills.
