Marketing Intern — UGC, Video & Design

We need someone who can make people feel what Naïve does — through short-form video, creator content, and sharp visuals — not just explain it.
The Role You’ll own the visual and distribution side of our content engine. This means producing UGC-style videos, editing product demos and founder content, designing assets for social and ads, and getting it all in front of the right audiences across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, X, and LinkedIn.
You’ll work directly with the founders.
What You’ll Do
UGC & Short-Form Video — Script, shoot, and edit punchy product demos, founder clips, use-case walkthroughs, and testimonial-style content (60–90s formats)
Video Editing — Cut and polish long-form content (founder interviews, tutorials, deep dives) into short-form clips optimized per platform
Graphic Design — Create social assets, ad creatives, thumbnails, carousels, and landing page visuals
Distribution — Post, schedule, and manage content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn; track what performs and double down
Creator Coordination — Help manage our creator program — brief creators, review edits, ship content on schedule
Trend Surfing — Spot trending formats, sounds, and hooks early and adapt them for Naïve's brand
You Might Be a Fit If You
Have a portfolio of short-form video work, UGC content, or social-first design (school projects count)
Are fluent in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve — and at least one of Figma, Canva, or Photoshop
Spend real time on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts — you understand what makes someone stop scrolling
Can move fast, ship daily, and iterate without waiting for permission
Are excited about AI, startups, or building things from scratch
Bonus: you’ve grown your own social account, ran a brand page, or built content for a startup before

Compensation: Paid (rate based on experience)
Location: San Francisco preferred; remote considered for standout candidates
Commitment: 20–40 hrs/week, flexible
