Bilingual Property Management & Borrower Relations Coordinator
Simple Quarters is looking for a bilingual, highly organized, relationship-driven team member who can help manage both our tenant/property management communication and our borrower follow-up processes.
This person will be a key communicator for our company — someone who is comfortable on the phones, great with people, organized with details, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track at once.
This role combines responsibilities from property management and borrower support, including tenant communication, scheduling maintenance, following up on missed payments and insurance issues, and helping keep everything documented and moving forward smoothly.

Position Summary We are hiring a
Bilingual Property Management & Borrower Relations Coordinator
to serve as a relationship manager for both
tenants and borrowers .
This role includes:
Being on the phones with tenants, borrowers, vendors, and team members
Scheduling maintenance and repair coordination
Following up with borrowers on
missing payments ,
insurance documents , and account issues
Keeping accurate notes, updates, and records
Helping Spanish-speaking tenants, borrowers, and leads with professional communication and support
Key Responsibilities Tenant & Property Management Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants
Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
Answer calls, texts, and emails from tenants
Schedule maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors/contractors
Follow up to ensure work orders are completed properly and on time
Help keep tenant files, lease records, and property updates organized
Assist with lease communication, renewals, and tenant concerns
Provide updates to leadership on issues, progress, and red flags
Borrower Follow-Up & Account Support
Follow up with borrowers on
missed payments
Contact borrowers regarding
lapsed or expiring insurance
Request updated insurance declarations pages and verify compliance
Send reminders by phone, text, and email using scripts/templates
Track responses, promises to pay, hardship notes, and unresolved issues
Escalate non-response or serious concerns to leadership
Keep notes organized and ensure follow-up does not fall through the cracks
Bilingual Communication Support
Assist Spanish-speaking tenants and borrowers
Help with inbound and outbound Spanish communication
Translate simple messages when needed
Support Spanish-speaking leads, buyers, or property-related communication as needed
Administrative Coordination
Document all communication clearly and accurately
Maintain organized records for maintenance, tenant communication, borrower updates, and insurance/payment follow-up
Communicate daily or weekly status updates to the team
Help keep schedules, follow-ups, and systems running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in
Spanish and English
(spoken and written)
Strong phone skills and confident communicator
Relationship-oriented and service-minded
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling multiple conversations and follow-ups at once
Able to stay calm under pressure and handle uncomfortable conversations professionally
Trustworthy with confidential information
Able to work independently and follow systems consistently
Experience in property management, customer service, collections, admin, real estate, or borrower/tenant communication is a plus
Work Environment
Flexible:
Work from home or office
Heavy phone and communication-based role
Some coordination with field vendors, tenants, and contractors
May require responsiveness during business hours and occasional urgent follow-up needs
