Looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design on high-profile client engagements and help deliver world-class digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and creative teams to shape beautiful, user-centered solutions for well-known brands.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery
Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually compelling solutions
Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and designers in Agile environments
Client & Team Partnership
Present design recommendations directly to clients
Lead workshops, feedback sessions, and internal presentations
Own and drive accountability for your work end-to-end
Contribute to Barbarian's growing design culture
Evolve design systems and best practices for consistency and scale
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools
Push creative boundaries while keeping usability front and center
What They’re Looking For
5–8 years in Product or UX Design
Strong portfolio across web and native app platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
Experience with user research and usability testing
Collaborative, curious, and craft-driven mindset
