
Brand Manager

AC Brand Managers are the liaison between our customers and our manufacturing plant. It is their responsibility to be sure our customers are always kept informed of their programs and confident of the AC teams’ ability to execute. Brand Managers are the information bridge that ensures communication is accurate, always up to date and allows for seamless production planning.
Key Responsibilities
Acknowledge and enter customer Purchase Order into Sage system Work with customers as needed to create Bill of Materials (BOM) and Fill & Assembly documents. Enter production work orders that include Fill/ Pack /BOMs into Sage system. Initiate and lead the Fill & Assembly review before the start of all new production. Ensure that signed production standards have been established with the customer and shared with the necessary teams during the Fill & Assembly review. Ensure that any changes to Fill & Assembly documents are communicated to the production/QC teams. Create purchase orders and ensure that all components owned and customer supplied are tracked to allow for customer start-up/ ready to ship dates. Lead weekly customer meetings to review open orders and production updates. Create the meeting agenda with a recap after that includes the weekly status report. Communicate customer delivery delays and work through challenges with your supervisor. Maintain up to date delivery status internally in Sage for all sales orders and work orders. Provide addresses to the quality team and communicate tracking information to customers for Top of Production samples (TOPS) Review Ready to Ship (RTS ) documents from the logistic team to ensure all information is correct and customer is not on any credit holds. Track and confirm micro release before any shipments can be picked up. Share with customers as needed. Ensure that the signed BOL and final packing list is received from logistics team once shipment has been picked up. Upon shipment pick up/ validation review and post customer’s invoice in Sage system. Participate in a weekly meeting with production team to review, discuss any challenges or delays in upcoming programs Skills and Abilities
MUST have beauty/ personal care experience Possess an incredible customer service attitude. Have outstanding problem-solving ability with strong attention to details. The desire to thrive in a fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. Ability to interact with all personalities and work well under pressure Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
