to lead marketing initiatives at the property level and elevate brand visibility across digital, social, and local channels. This role blends

creative storytelling with data-driven marketing , overseeing social media strategy, digital campaigns, local partnerships, and on-site brand activations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys bringing brand experiences to life for guests. This position reports to the

property leader

with a dotted-line relationship to the

Corporate Marketing Team . What You'll Do • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals • Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and audience engagement • Capture and create photo/video content for digital platforms • Maintain the property’s online presence and manage online reputation • Plan and execute paid digital and social advertising campaigns • Lead on-site marketing activations and promotional initiatives • Build relationships with local partners, influencers, and community organizations • Track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on results What We're Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in

marketing, communications, or public relations • Experience managing

social media, digital marketing, and paid campaigns • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe design platforms • Ability to capture and edit basic photo and video content Preferred • Hospitality or lifestyle brand marketing experience • Public relations or influencer partnership experience
