
Social Media Specialist

We’re working with with our client who is looking to add a talented Social Media Specialist to the team to support brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on content creation, short‑form video, and visual storytelling, while also paying attention to performance and engagement insights. You’ll partner cross‑functionally to plan, create, and publish content that aligns with broader business priorities.
This is a hybrid opportunity with 4 days a week in office expectation and offers a competitive base compensation and bonus package.
Own and manage day‑to‑day activity across multiple social media platforms
Plan and maintain a rolling content calendar aligned with campaigns, initiatives, and events
Create and publish visual, video, and written social content that supports brand storytelling and engagement
Design on‑brand graphics, templates, and digital assets using common design tools
Produce short‑form video content for social platforms (e.g., reels, stories, shorts)
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support campaigns and communications efforts
Adapt content for use across multiple digital and third‑party platforms as needed
Track and report on key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and campaign results
Use performance insights to inform future content direction and recommendations
Provide support for website updates or digital content maintenance as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing-portfolio required! Experience managing corporate social media accounts and content calendars Strong working knowledge of common design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience supporting campaigns, events, and performance reporting Comfortable balancing creative execution with data‑driven insights Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
