
Marketing Coordinator

Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive paid search, social campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts. You will contribute to strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple digital channels, helping us grow our brand and improve campaign performance. Responsibilities Campaign Management and Optimization
Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ad campaigns
Assist in managing monthly budgets by market
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Support quality assurance testing to improve pay‑per‑call programs
Creative and Landing Page Work
Create compelling ad copy to drive engagement and conversions
Create and A/B test landing pages
Paid Social
Plan, create, and execute paid social campaigns including Meta, Nextdoor, and emerging platforms
Monitor performance and iterate on results
Marketing Materials
Support the development of marketing collateral, including swag and point‑of‑sale materials
Reputation Management
Manage our reputation management platform (Birdeye): onboard new accounts, monitor and respond to reviews within 24 hours, generate monthly reports, monitor NPS and review automations, and serve as the go‑to resource for teammates and franchise owners
Perform various duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field
1‑2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (Paid Search experience preferred)
Experience working in an office setting (1‑2 years)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a metrics‑driven mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative, curious, and results‑oriented
Efficient in problem‑solvingAbility to multi‑task and meet deadlines
Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and punctuation
Able to work remotely
Benefits
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000
Flexible schedule
Location
Must reside in Charleston, South Carolina.
Remote position with limited travel to Atlanta, GA office.
