We are seeking motivated

Sales Advisors

who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and want access to something most insurance producers never get —

a continuous flow of pre-qualified inbound customers who are already shopping and ready to purchase coverage.

Our agents focus on helping customers finalize coverage decisions, ensuring their policies meet their needs, and identifying opportunities to

bundle additional policies such as home, auto, and umbrella coverage.

For motivated professionals who can manage volume and build trust with customers, this position offers

significant income potential and career growth.

generate their own leads or rely heavily on cold prospecting.

At Brightcover, our agents work with a steady stream of

our affiliated company’s pre-qualified inbound customers who have already started the quoting process and are actively looking to purchase our coverage.

Your job is to:

Help customers finalize their policy purchase

Ensure proper coverage selection

Identify opportunities to bundle additional policies

Deliver an exceptional buying experience

This allows our agents to focus on

selling and advising — not chasing leads.

Responsibilities

Work with

pre-qualified inbound customers

who have already initiated insurance quotes

Review customer needs and recommend appropriate

home, auto, and personal lines insurance solutions

Identify and present

cross-sell opportunities , including bundling policies to maximize customer value

Process a

high volume of insurance policies efficiently and accurately

Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and service

Maintain accurate records in CRM and agency systems

Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry updates

Work collaboratively with team members to support overall agency growth

Performance Profile (What Success Looks Like) Top performers in this role typically:

Convert a high percentage of inbound shoppers into policyholders

Consistently bundle

multiple policies per household

Maintain strong follow-up discipline with quoting customers

Manage a high-volume workflow while maintaining accuracy

Build trust quickly and guide customers through coverage decisions

Agents who excel in this environment can generate

substantial production and income growth.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain

Property & Casualty insurance license

through our training

Previous insurance or mortgage experience is a plus but not required

Motivated candidates new to the industry are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to

identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities

Excellent

time management and organizational skills

Ability to manage a

high-volume workflow

Comfortable working with CRM and agency management systems

Compensation

Commission:
