initiated the quoting process

What You’ll Do
Work with
inbound insurance shoppers
ready to move forward with coverage
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate
home, auto, and personal lines solutions
Identify and close
cross-sell and bundling opportunities
Manage a
high volume of quotes and policy transactions
efficiently
Provide clear, professional guidance to help customers make informed decisions
Maintain accurate activity and policy records in CRM and agency systems
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and growth
What Success Looks Like Top performers in this role:
Consistently
convert inbound opportunities into closed policies
Maximize revenue through
multi-policy bundling
Maintain strong
follow-up discipline and pipeline management
Handle
high-volume workflows without sacrificing accuracy
Build trust quickly and guide customers confidently through decisions

Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong ability to
close business and identify cross-sell opportunities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with strong time management
Comfortable navigating
CRM and agency systems
Self-driven with a competitive mindset and team-oriented approach
Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
