In this role, you will:

Work exclusively with

inbound, pre-qualified shoppers

Engage customers who have already

initiated the quoting process

Your focus:

Delivering a seamless and trusted buying experience

What You’ll Do

Work with

inbound insurance shoppers

ready to move forward with coverage

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate

home, auto, and personal lines solutions

Identify and close

cross-sell and bundling opportunities

Manage a

high volume of quotes and policy transactions

efficiently

Provide clear, professional guidance to help customers make informed decisions

Maintain accurate activity and policy records in CRM and agency systems

Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends

Collaborate with team members to drive overall performance and growth

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

Strong ability to

close business and identify cross-sell opportunities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong time management

Comfortable navigating

CRM and agency systems

Self-driven with a competitive mindset and team-oriented approach

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
