Centr is seeking a CRM Specialist, based in Los Angeles (hybrid), to execute and improve lifecycle strategies that activate, engage, and retain our users.

Responsibilities Execution & Delivery (Primary)

Own the end‑to‑end delivery process of 5–10 weekly campaigns across email, push, and SMS, coordinating build and QA resources and stepping in hands‑on when needed to keep timelines on track.

Regularly launch net new lifecycle automations (flows and canvases) to drive activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and growth.

Write campaign briefs with clear requirements, wireframes, and visual references that communicate intent to creative teams.

Build and support segmentation and personalization strategies across geos, demos, user goals, and content preferences.

Launch and manage regular A/B tests on campaigns and lifecycle automations.

Ensure brand and technical standards are met; spot and resolve errors during review to reduce revision cycles.

Planning & Optimization

Develop and present rolling 6‑week campaign calendars.

Collaborate with the CRM manager to develop rolling 6‑week canvas and flow testing calendars.

Pull performance reports, interpret results, and suggest improvements.

Identify ways to improve CRM processes and strategies.

Coordinate with creative, marketing, and product stakeholders.

Absorb urgent or unplanned requests without derailing core work.

Help keep campaigns on schedule despite shifting priorities and dependencies.

Independently develop and present 6‑week campaign calendars.

Independently project‑manage evergreen campaigns for both ecommerce and mobile.

Absorb one‑off requests from other departments without dropping core work.

Run weekly optimization tests on canvases and flows.

Start bringing your own strategic recommendations to the table.

You are an operator who can identify improvements and execute them end‑to‑end.

You communicate visually. You can wireframe an email, pull references, mock up in Figma. Creative teams understand what you want because you show them.

Keeping campaigns on schedule when multiple stakeholders control the review process.

Balancing steady‑state campaign work with urgent one‑off requests.

Balancing evergreen work with longer‑term canvas and flow investments.

Operating across two platforms (Klaviyo and Braze) with different logic and integration points.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.

1‑3+ years of CRM experience (internships count).

Highly proficient in Braze or Klaviyo (you’ll learn the other).

Can wireframe and mock‑up emails in Figma (or a similar tool).

Strong project‑management skills – experience with Asana, Monday.com, or similar.

Comfortable with data: pulling reports, interpreting results, making recommendations.

Critical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skills.

Nice to Have

Startup experience.

Agency experience.

Experience with both Braze and Klaviyo.

Ecommerce experience.

Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, etc.).
