Job Requirements
7-10 yrs min interior design in-office experience On the jobsite experience Interior design or architecture degree Understanding and ability to draw complex construction details Able to multi-task multiple projects Able to converse in person and via email with clients regarding decision making and selection Great time management and project management organization Well versed in all phases of design documentation Ability to write source and specify, price and budget interior finishes, furniture, equipment. Carry out procurement, quality control, installation & staging Personal sources and relationships in the industry
Must know autocad, sketchup, adobe, office
We use Design Smart as our procurement system as well as Quickbooks. Must be able to multi-task, we are very busy.
