Our client is seeking a
Publishers Marketing Manager
to oversee and grow a high-impact publisher and affiliate ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day program operations, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and expanding the network through strategic outreach. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Publishers Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the publisher and affiliate program
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing publishing partners
Identify, research, and recruit new publishers aligned with program goals
Conduct outreach campaigns to onboard high-quality partners
Review publisher websites and content to ensure brand alignment and compliance with program standards
Publishers Marketing Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in publisher partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of financial publishing, digital media, and advertising practices
Knowledge of global investment markets and related audiences
Experience using analytics tools to measure performance and ROI
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
