Role Overvie wThe Social Media Coordinator will assist in executing social media initiatives, supporting live digital events, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms . Key Responsibiliti esSchedule and publish social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTub e.Assist in planning, hosting, and supporting live social media event s.Compile and analyze social media performance metrics from multiple data source s.Contribute to documentation outlining social media processes, best practices, and strategic recommendation s.Support internal training efforts related to social media tools and workflow s. Skills & Competenc iesStrong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and audience engageme nt.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across tea ms.Clear and confident written and verbal communicati on.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driv en.Curious, proactive, and eager to lea rn.Team‑focused mindset with a collaborative approa ch. Qualificat ionsMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience; experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is a p lus.Strong working knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and experience executing marketing campaigns across t hem.Experience with social media management tools such as StreamYard, Sprinklr, or similar (Sprinklr experience strongly preferr ed).Familiarity with social media analytics and data interpretat ion.Experience supporting or running live social media events is prefer red.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPo int.Degree or diploma in Marketing, or equivalent professional experie
