Copywriter , you will create marketing copy that balances key program messages and benefits with thoughtful storytelling to help customers understand how they can save money and enhance their everyday lives. You will be part of a passionate, collaborative creative team, working on projects from kick‑off to hand‑off that inform, inspire, and make a meaningful impact.

Compose copy that gets to the heart of who customers are while highlighting key program benefits.

Cover a range of topics and assets, including paid and owned social channels, site content, emails, digital ads, store signage, printed mailers, and multichannel campaigns.

Gain an understanding of brand principles, program benefits, and established voice, tone, and style guidelines; apply that knowledge to support business goals.

Manage multiple copy projects across varying timelines, complexity levels, and business priorities.

Create compelling, customer‑centric copy aligned with approved messaging and legal requirements.

Collaborate with design and cross‑functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.

Revise copy based on feedback from partners, including marketing, site teams, editors, and copy leadership.

Approach feedback with a positive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

Actively participate in project kick‑offs and follow‑ups by asking thoughtful questions and anticipating content needs.

Consider character limits and design constraints when developing copy; partner with editors to refine clarity and accuracy.

Maintain a proactive, adaptable attitude—navigating ambiguity, working independently, and pivoting as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

Compose copy that gets to the heart of who our customers are while highlighting the benefits.

Cover a range of topics & assets, including paid & owned social channels, site assets, emails, digital ads, store signage, printed mailers, multichannel campaigns, and more.

Gain an understanding of our brand's core principles, our creative copy voice, tone, & style guides, and apply that understanding to the crafting copy to support business goals.

Work on multiple copy projects on different timelines with varying levels of complexity & importance to the business.

Create compelling, customer‑centric copy based on approved program messaging & legal requirements.

Collaborate with Design & other team members to come up with creative solutions to meet business goals.

Make edits following input from partners including marketers, site managers, editors, & the Copy Lead.

Approach copy input from copy leadership & partners with a positive, collaborative attitude & willingness to learn & grow.

Attend & positively engage in project kick‑off & follow‑up meetings by asking proactive questions, seeking clarity, & anticipating required information to compose effective copy.

Take character limitations & design constraints into account when creating copy, & partner with editors to resolve writing or grammar issues.

Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude. Seek answers to ambiguous asks, find comfort working autonomously, & quickly pivot direction based on changing business needs.

Qualifications

BA in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, English, or related field with 1+ year of copywriting experience, OR 2+ years of copywriting experience.

2+ years of experience writing for e‑commerce or within a creative agency environment.

Ability to produce detail‑oriented copy that balances program and legal requirements with a conversational, storytelling approach.

Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Experience supporting loyalty or membership programs is a plus.
