As the Ecommerce Merchandiser at melin, you are the architect of our digital storefront. You sit at the intersection of data and design, turning cold analytics into premium shopping experiences. You aren't just "uploading products"you are driving the success of melin's online business by mastering GTM strategies, optimizing site flow, and ensuring our brand story is told flawlessly across every device. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Site Optimization: Review daily sales and inventory data to optimize merchandising based on GTM launches, marketing communications, and inventory trends. Flawless Execution: Own the end-to-end product launch process. Ensure every SKU is categorized correctly, scheduled on time, and enriched with high-converting assets. Performance Marketing Alignment: Partner with Marketing/Creative to develop content that drives demand. Implement and lead A/B testing across on-site merchandising to move the needle on key KPIs. SEO & Visibility: Develop and implement strategies for AEO/GEO/SEO optimization to improve rankings and organic discoverability across all channels. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the UX/UI teams to ensure navigation and search functions are intuitive and user-friendly. Partner with the Product team on web-exclusive launches. The "Voice" of the Data: Recap and analyze actual sales results to plan and forecast in-season sales. You will be the first line of communication for how products are performing. Qualifications, Skills, Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or a related field. 4+ years of dedicated Ecommerce experience (Apparel or Premium Goods preferred). Ability to take large data sets and translate them into a concise, actionable story. Thrive in a highly collaborative environment. Ability to implement and learn new systems and process with urgency. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools. Goal-oriented, with high standards of honesty, ethics, and personal accountability. Awareness of market trends and consumer tastes. Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing environment. Ability to tell a concise story behind large data. Ability and passion for making data driven decisions. Highly organized and capable of being the functional expert on cross-functional teams. Brings a winning mindset to a collaborative team environment. Moves urgently behind a purpose for the team. Drive for results. Full Circle Experience preferred High proficiency in Shopify and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is required. Experience with Full Circle is a significant advantage. Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
