Role Description The Assistant Executive Director is a full-time, on-site role located in Spring Valley, WI. The responsibility involves supporting the Executive Director in daily operations of the senior living community, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents. Key duties include overseeing staff, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive and collaborative culture aligned with the company’s mission and values. This role also involves engaging with residents, families, and the local community to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership, staff management, and team-building experience

Proficiency in operational and financial management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance improvement

Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices, particularly in senior living and long-term care

Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work on-site in Spring Valley, WI, and support day-to-day operations

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care management is highly desirable
