Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Charleston, WV. The Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating tailored marketing strategies to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer insights, designing promotional campaigns, maintaining sales records, and providing regular updates to the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
Experience in Marketing Strategy Development, Market Research, and Campaign Planning
Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques, Social Media Marketing, and SEO/SEM
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
High level of organizational and time-management abilities
Capacity to analyze market trends and interpret data analytics
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with media and advertising solutions is a plus
