Job Overview ESI, A Crexendo Company, is seeking a high-energyBusiness Development Representative (BDR)to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll connect with prospects, qualify leads, and schedule demos for our communication solutions. This is anoutbound cold-call positionfocused on generating qualified leads for the sales team. The role offers competitive pay and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

Make 60–70 outbound calls per day (6+ hours of calling)

Qualify leads and schedule product demos

Learn and master the ESI product line to explain features, benefits, and ROI

Partner with Sales Product Specialists to move qualified opportunities forward

Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM

Confidently handle objections and deliver persuasive pitches

Build and manage a strong sales funnel (marketing + self-sourced leads)

Qualifications

2+ years outbound sales experience (telemarketing, inside sales preferred)

Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Positive, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality

Comfortable with common business software (Word, Excel, Slack, HubSpot, etc.)

Physical Requirements
