Position Overview A well-established litigation firm is seeking a
Surety & Fidelity Associate or Partner
to join its collaborative legal team. This opportunity offers the chance to work on specialized matters within a supportive environment while building expertise in a high-value practice area.
The attorney in this role will primarily support
Surety and Fidelity litigation matters , including dealer bond cases, while also assisting with professional liability and broader litigation work as needed. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys managing files, conducting legal research, and growing within a specialized litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide litigation support in Surety and Fidelity matters, including dealer bond cases
Assist with professional liability litigation
Conduct legal research and case preparation, including drafting pleadings and managing case files
Handle responsibility for assigned matters while collaborating with attorneys across practice groupsSupport broader litigation needs as required
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of litigation experience
Demonstrated ability to manage and take ownership of legal files
Strong research, writing, and case management skills
Interest in Surety & Fidelity practice areas
Motivated to learn new practice areas quickly and expand expertise
Work Environment & Compensation
Onsite position with strong collaboration across practice groups
No set billable hour requirement
Collections-based compensation structure with high Surety and Fidelity rates
