Packaging Associate

Millennium Print Group is hiring a
Packaging Associate
to support our production and packaging operations in Morrisville, NC. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments.

Morrisville, NC
Schedule:
Shift/Hours, Onsite
Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay + benefits + growth opportunities
What You'll Do
Perform packaging, assembly, and kit building tasks on a production line. Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging standards are met. Load and stage materials for production runs. Package finished goods into cartons, pallets, or carts. Operate basic packaging equipment (shrink wrap machines, cartoners, etc.). Maintain accurate production records and system entries. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2+ years' experience in manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer and math skills. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
