Job Title: Vault Document Specialist (Temporary)
Location: 145 Bank Street, Waterbury, CT
Duration: 2 Months (Temporary Assignment)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Vault Document Specialist to support a short-term project involving the organization, filing, and digitization of confidential documents. This role will handle sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and requires a high level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
File, sort, and organize physical documents within secure vault storage
Scan and digitize documents while maintaining proper file structure
Categorize documents into appropriate folders (e.g., employee files vs. other records)
Ensure all documentation is handled in compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process
Work independently or collaboratively with a small team (2 members total)
Participate in brief check-ins or meetings via Microsoft Teams
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Basic computer skills and familiarity with document scanning
