We are hiring a senior individual contributor to join our GTM Strategy & Planning team. This role will own the analytical foundation that connects our go-to-market strategy to execution - translating revenue goals into measurable pipeline targets, diagnosing funnel performance, and generating insights that guide GTM decision-making. As the business scales, this role will play a critical part in shaping how we plan, prioritize, and execute against our growth strategy. What You'll Do

Own end-to-end GTM funnel analytics, including pipeline generation, stage conversion, velocity, and pipeline coverage Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform GTM strategy and operational decision-making Lead structured analysis on high-priority GTM questions, such as segmentation, coverage models, funnel efficiency, and growth opportunities Translate revenue goals into pipeline targets, performance benchmarks, and KPI frameworks Develop executive-ready dashboards, analyses, and narratives that clearly communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities Identify gaps in data, tracking, and measurement, and partner with Ops and Systems teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, and governance What You Have

47+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM data and GTM funnel metrics Proficiency with SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and work with incomplete data Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, strong judgment, and data-backed recommendations Experience operating autonomously as a senior IC, owning projects end-to-end without people management Compensation Range
