Our client, an award-winning interior design studio is seeking an experienced
Senior Interior Designer
to join its San Francisco team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with a strong background in high-end residential design. You’ll lead projects from concept through installation, collaborating with clients, architects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional, custom interiors. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of residential design projects from concept to installation Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets with the Project Manager Communicate design vision to clients and internal teams Coordinate with vendors and manage custom furniture/product development Create drawings, plans, and renderings Prepare design documentation (specs, schedules, drawings) Attend client meetings and project installations Oversee and mentor junior designers Requirements Minimum 10–12+ years of high-end residential design experience Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Strong leadership and project management skills Experience with construction and renovation projects Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp and other tools a plus) Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Knowledge of antiques, vintage sourcing, and design history Experience with Studio Designer software Health insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Cell phone stipend Long-term disability insurance Relocation assistance available Please submit your resume and work samples for consideration!
