We are in search for a creative and innovative Jr Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Jr Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for implementing content, managing social accounts and organizing monthly reporting and decks in order to increase our clients online presence. You will be working closely with the Account Managers and Creative Department. This position has the potential to move into other roles in the company.
Social Media Strategist duties and responsibilities:
Manage social media content and traffic
Manage and help create social media content
Measure the success of social media campaigns through monthly reporting
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout and other posting tools
Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers
Collaborate with Marketing, Ads, Photo/Video and Account Manager teams
Create Instagram stories and reels
Create strategies to help the team stay innovative
Provide constructive feedback
Strong photo selection skills for social media posts and ads
Canva and Adobe experience a plus
Requirements and qualifications:
Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google+ and other social media best practices for business
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Be a strong team player
Good organizational and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
