
Cash Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented cash processing specialist to join our Trust Operations Outsourcing team in our Dallas office. The Cash Processing Specialist will be responsible for handling and processing cash transactions efficiently and accurately. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash management and a keen understanding of financial processes.
Responsibilities
Process cash receipts and disbursements, as directed by the client
Process Automated Cash Management (ACM) trades
Process Stop Payments requests
Review and communicate ACH and Wire returns
Process voided checks and stop payment requests
Closely interacts with client services team and clients as needed
Assist with mail collection and distribution
Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred or at least 5 years of experience in client service in Trust Services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
