Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Lafayette, LA, involves supporting the sales team and providing business analysis to enhance company operations. The Sales Support | Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting with customer service, analyzing sales and financial data, providing actionable insights, and maintaining seamless communication between internal teams and clients. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, developing strategies to improve processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
Customer Service and Communication skills, including building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Basic knowledge of Finance and the ability to support accounts receivables, collections, and cashflow
Experience or demonstrated proficiency in Sales support and understanding sales processes
Proficiency in using business productivity tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience within the wine and spirits industry is a plus
