POSITION TITLE
Senior Client Relations Manager
Position Summary
This position is a senior role responsible for investor relations and property operations. It is ideal for individuals who want to work in a cross‑border environment, engaging in communication with Japanese investors, overseeing property operations, and supporting U.S. real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for Japanese real estate investors and provide reports on property performance Coordinate with property management companies (rent negotiations, maintenance, tenant matters) Review monthly operational and financial reports Support investors with acquisitions and dispositions, including review of agreements, disclosures, and due diligence materials Communicate with brokers, lenders, legal and accounting professionals Handle cross‑border communication in English and Japanese Supervise and train Client Relations staff Manage transaction files, compliance documents, and escrow instructions as part of licensed activities
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, or related client-facing roles Active California real estate license Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Japanese) Experience reviewing property management and financial reports Knowledge of investment property income/expense analysis Experience supporting real estate transactions, due diligence, and cross-border coordination Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
