Role Overview

We are hiring a French-speaking Sales Consultant to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. This is a customer-facing role within the Sales Support team.

The position involves outbound calling, presenting products, and guiding potential customers through solutions using a CAD tool. The role requires both sales ability and a structured, professional approach to client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients Present and explain products, supporting the sales process through to closing Use a CAD tool to guide customers through product solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Manage follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with clients Coordinate with internal teams to meet performance targets

Requirements

Language Skills

French: C2 (professional fluency required) English: good working level

Technical Requirements

Stable broadband internet connection (LAN required) Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum) Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space Wired USB headset

Experience And Background

Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environments Experience in closing sales (not only lead generation) Strong communication and client-facing skills Education in sales, business, or engineering is a plus Experience in technical or industrial sectors is an advantage
