With thirteen John Deere dealerships, five NAPA parts locations and a Supply Store, we are looking for motivated and talented people to join our team.

Purpose

To deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers, supporting daily operations, and promoting, selling, and delivering company products and services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Promote One Sinclair and conduct sales calls Provide Exceptional Customer Service to current and potential customers Drive revenue growth by owning and managing an assigned customer list Complete any required reports and submit them to manager Deliver parts or products to customers on delivery routes as needed Maintain a customer list and update monthly marketing materials/ resources Independently addresses and resolves customer concerns Records all Sales Call details in CRM Follow up on any outstanding notes, phone calls and customer visits Meets sales goals as determined by CSR Playbook Conduct AR collection as needed Stay current on Trainings All tasks as assigned

Required Experience

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and ask for business Good customer relations skills and ability to work in a team environment Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to effectively communicate with customers Ability to work extended hours and weekends Great customer service and high level of attention to detail, especially under pressure Must be self-motivated, dependable and energetic

Working Conditions & Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be comfortable working at the sales counter, warehouse, delivery vehicle, or customer location Must be able to lift at least 75-pounds MVR in good standing is required
