Field Marketing Representative , you are the face of Green City Window. You won’t be selling the windows yourself; instead, you’ll be the "door-opener." Your mission is to engage with homeowners, identify those struggling with exterior home issues such as outdated and/or failing windows, siding, deck, door, roof, gutters or paint and schedule them for a free, no-pressure expert consultation. What You’ll Do · Generate Interest:
Canvass targeted neighborhoods to engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their home improvement needs. · Consult & Qualify:
Identify exterior home issues (seal failure, rot, energy loss, etc.) and explain the benefits of our energy-efficient solutions. · Set Appointments:
Successfully schedule qualified leads for our service consultants. · Brand Ambassadorship:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive energy while representing the company in the community. · Track Progress:
Use our mobile CRM to log interactions and manage your daily outreach goals. What’s In It For You? · Competitive Pay:
