We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our corporate team with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks. This is an entry-level, hands‑on role ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and looking to grow within marketing or the cannabis industry.
What You’ll Do Marketing & Administrative Support
Upload and manage daily deals, promotions, and graphics on Weedmaps and Dutchie
Update and maintain online menus and product listings
Assist with email marketing campaigns (compiling, formatting, scheduling)
Organize and manage marketing assets (images, graphics, documents)
Data Entry & Accuracy
Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions are accurate
Perform routine checks for errors, inconsistencies, or outdated content
Keep digital platforms aligned across multiple locations
Team Support
Assist marketing team with day‑to‑day tasks and projects
Help track promotions and ensure timely updates
Communicate updates and issues as needed
Required What We’re Looking For
1+ year of administrative, data entry, or marketing support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable and consistent work ethic
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with Weedmaps or Dutchie
Familiarity with Canva, email marketing tools (Mailchimp), or social media platforms
Interest in marketing, eCommerce, or cannabis industry
