As a Business Continuity Lead within PNC's Business Resiliency organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Strongsville, OH or Phoenix, AZ. As a Business Continuity Lead, you will be responsible for leading ongoing risk assessments to inform resilience strategy and monitor impacts to established risk tolerances across PNC's Third Parties & Change Initiatives, as well as Program Compliance and Execution. Risk identification is enabled through various activities including: Third party Business Resiliency and Operational Resiliency assessments, contract & performance monitoring, source code escrow. Change Initiative engagement & monitoring activities. Quality Control of Business Resiliency Program Compliance & Execution As a Business Continuity Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring Risk Assessments and Quality Control Activities are being performed within Service Level Agreements and committed frequencies. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in risk identification & assessments or relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry. Strong Knowledge of industry best practices in risk management, risk frameworks, including Risk Aggregation and Concentration, as well as the FFIEC IT Examination Regulatory guidelines Common Risk Management certifications a plus, such as PMI-Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), CRISC, RIMS-CRMP, CRM.
