- Clients have a contract role for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Publisher to support digital engagement efforts.
- This role will focus on developing, curating, and publishing compelling content across social platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and support organizational initiatives.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging social media posts, graphics, and short-form videos aligned with Client and Canals branding and messaging.
- Write clear, concise, and compelling copy tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Publishing & Scheduling:
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts using approved tools.
- Ensure timely publishing of content for campaigns, events, and announcements.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social channels for comments and messages; escalate as needed.
- Support engagement strategies to foster positive interactions with audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Client and Canals marketing teams to align content with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and compliance.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and publishing.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meltwater, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
- Understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Knowledge of energy, infrastructure, or public sector communications is a plus.
- Preferred Skills:
- Creative mindset with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive content practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 4 Year degree.
