Position Overview: As a User Experience Prototyping Expert, you will be essential in transforming Sedgwick's digital platforms into user-friendly, interactive experiences. Utilizing Axure RP, you will create functional prototypes that not only showcase product capabilities but also enhance sales and training presentations. Your contributions will ensure that demos effectively simulate actual applications, facilitating engaging user storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prototype Development: Create high-fidelity Axure RP prototypes that mimic real product interactions, including:
    • Dynamic panels
    • Variables and conditional logic
    • Repeaters and data-driven widgets
    • Adaptive and responsive views
    • Design intuitive user flows for seamless sales demonstrations.
  • Data Preparation & Scenario Modeling: Gather and format demo data for realistic scenarios and develop complex use cases such as:
    • Multi-step forms
    • Role/permission-based views
    • Error handling and state changes
    • Conditional user journeys
  • Responsive & Adaptive Experience Design: Ensure prototypes deliver a consistent experience across devices, maintaining intuitive interactions.
  • User Validation & Iteration: Conduct reviews with stakeholders to validate user flows and refine interactions based on feedback to enhance demo effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management and sales teams to align on feature intent, ensuring prototypes reflect the latest developments and branding.
  • Demo Environment Maintenance: Organize Axure libraries and shared assets, updating content as product features evolve and document setup instructions for scalability.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Experience: A minimum of four years in a relevant industry with at least one year of experience using Axure RP. Experience in simulating data-driven scenarios is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong interaction design skills with clear flows and micro-interactions.
  • Experience in creating interactive prototypes and documenting guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate with non-design stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with HTML, front-end development, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2).
  • Proficiency in design software including Axure, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Preferred: Basic video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and experience with Ceros or similar tools.
