Working Superintendent
with a proven track record of successfully managing projects in the field from
start to finish . This position is ideal for a
hands-on leader
who can supervise job sites while actively assisting with construction tasks when needed. Projects range from
ground-up commercial construction to high-end interior renovations , requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication with clients and subcontractors. We offer

with a growing commercial construction company. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily job site operations from
project start through completion Coordinate and manage
subcontractors and field crews Read and interpret
civil, architectural, and MEP construction drawings Maintain
job site safety and OSHA compliance Communicate with
project managers, subcontractors, and clients Assist with
hands-on construction tasks when required Ensure projects remain
on schedule and within scope Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction supervision experience Strong ability to read and interpret
construction drawings (Civil, Architectural, MEP) Experience installing: Acoustic ceiling systems Door frames and hardware Concrete footers and foundations Experience operating equipment such as: Skid steer Track hoe Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Requirements OSHA 10 certification (minimum)
– OSHA 30 preferred Valid Driver’s License Must pass
DOT physical exam, drug screening, and BMV background check Compensation & Benefits We offer a
